"Mr President, the way that we are running this Parliament is becoming increasingly shambolic. That is no reflection on you, Mr President, because I know you try very hard to move us along.
We were told that votes would be at 12:30; we now cannot predict when the votes will be. Can we not come to a conclusion at the Conference of Presidents that there will be a fixed voting time every day there is a sitting so that we all know where we stand, the President in the chair can cut people off at the right time and, if necessary, the debate can be adjourned so Members can come back after the votes? Otherwise, we are looking increasingly pathetic."@en1
