In this regard the Commission should show the eligibility criteria and the results achieved in the area of public finance management in a clearer, more formal and structured way. Finally, as already pointed out by the European Parliament, I emphasise the importance of setting up a system which systematically involves parliaments and civil society in political dialogue on poverty reduction and in annual reviews of budget support."@en1
