It is necessary to create training opportunities for specific groups, such as unemployed youth, ethnic minorities, vulnerable women, people with disabilities, etc., in order to achieve better social integration and greater social cohesion. Financing opportunities should be widened, simplified and made more readily available using the funding currently provided under the European Social Fund and the Lifelong Learning Programme. In my opinion, this initiative is very important and timely. I voted in favour."@en1
