It creates equal opportunities in education, training and the labour market and equal access to social services. The report stresses the fact that there is a need for implementation of decent work programmes that reflect national needs and priorities regarding employment and social policy, and are based on agreement between employers, workers and governments. This aspect is very important in the actual context. These are several of the reasons why I endorse this report."@en1
