I think you find it easier to agree with what Olli Rehn says than with what I say, but in fact, we are saying exactly the same thing. In the annual growth survey, the Commission was defending and proposing collectively more intervention of this kind in the markets; that was unfortunately not agreed to by the Member States. So what I can confirm is that we are working along that line; we are trying to have increased flexibility for intervention in the markets but, honestly, I think we should now focus on the ESM and consider, of course, options for the future of the Eurobonds the Member States are ready to take that additional step."@en1
