The wireless Internet is a requirement for receiving fast broadband connections for all Europeans. This requires separately allocated radio spectrum in order to guarantee trouble­free connections. It is good that new radio spectrum is to be made available as the Member States are switching from analogue to digital television. It should now be taken advantage of.
