"Thank you for your question. It gives me the opportunity to emphasise the point that I have already made, namely that there is still a long way to go before we achieve our objective. We do not believe that we have already achieved it. We believe that there is still something lacking. It is clear that the question of the mandatory nature of the register is absolutely crucial. We believe that the idea of a digital footprint in legislative texts is a good one and that this is something that we should apply, but of course we also believe that it has to be mandatory in order for it to work. However, as I said, this is a step in the right direction, and we hope that, when we receive the report from the special committee and this text is to be revised – because it has to be revised within two years – we will have the opportunity to fully achieve our objective, as we must fully achieve our objective in this area."@en1
