Hungary did that before the accession to the Union. There are even countries that have done this after accession. Poland is doing it at the moment; France is also doing it because there are contradictions between the Lisbon Treaty and some articles of the French Constitution. It is important that you also oblige Hungary, even after its adoption of the new constitution, to apply these principles also. It is important for the Commission to look into this."@en1
