It is glaringly obvious that if we do not provide suitable resources, we may face extremely serious consequences for the environment and human health. The resources allocated must certainly be managed in a proper and transparent manner. It is a serious concern that we do not have a single EU team of coordinators and experts for all three projects, which will supervise the drafting of a plan and clear timetable and the proper use of the funds already allocated, and decide what is required to complete the shutdown in safe conditions."@en¹
