lpv:translated text	"I agreed with this report, because international aviation relations between Member States and third countries have traditionally been governed by bilateral air services agreements. As for bilateral air services agreements between EU Member States and Vietnam, I am pleased that the objective is to give all EU air carriers non-discriminatory access to routes between the European Union and Vietnam; safety provisions in bilateral agreements are applicable to situations when regulatory control over an air carrier is exercised by a Member State other than the Member State that designated that air carrier; and anti-competitive practices are prohibited. All of these air agreements are beneficial and necessary for the European Union, our airlines and our citizens."@en1
