"Mr President, with respect to my colleague, it is actually not satisfactory because as he knows – and if he spent as much time in the Human Rights Subcommittee as I do, he would – it is in committees that we actually get a chance to have more than one say and more than one minute, and then we actually get a direct response. I have made many comments on the issues of human rights and I have yet to have one reply from Baroness Ashton – one reply – so how is that? I repeat that this is about democracy. I represent five million people. I have been elected here. Baroness Ashton has not received a vote in her life."@en1
