"This is an absolute farce and this is a point of order. Question Time, we were told, was to be from 19:30 to 20:30. You, or somebody, decided that the previous debate would be allowed to trespass on Question Time. It is one of the few avenues for people to ask questions of a Commissioner. We have a crisis in Ireland; my colleagues Gay Mitchell, Pat the Cope Gallagher and myself have tabled questions. Who decided? I want to know now – and this is a legitimate question – who decided that what should be a twenty-minute session, and we are only eight minutes into it, should be reduced to an eight or nine-minute session. Who decided that, Madam President?"@en1
