Unemployment and recession risk widening the gap between men and women in the workplace. Therefore, the report from Mrs Nedelcheva focuses on the points where work can be done to prevent discrimination: ensuring financial and economic justice for all citizens, hence, with reference to remuneration, incomes and pensions; working for an increase in women’s quotas for better representation and to secure personal rights.
