lpv:spoken text	"Given the impasse in the multilateral trade negotiations, the EU has pursued the negotiation of bilateral and interregional trade agreements, as complementary to the multilateral framework. As in the case of Morocco, there is currently severe competition between the US and the EU as to who will enter first – and under which conditions – into key new markets. My colleague, José Bové, has been able to clearly question the approach of these bilateral agreements in the case of Morocco in his report in INTA which might lead to a rejection of the agreement as proposed by the Commission. We have voted in favour."@en1
