The text could certainly be much braver and not make this tax dependent upon the creation of a similar tax at global level. My political organisation has always advocated the need to create a tax on world capital flow, such as the so-called ‘Tobin tax’. For this reason, although the proposal made in the report seems insufficient to me, I believe it is a step in the right direction."@en1
