lpv:translated text	"Mr President, though the crisis in Albania has been going on for a long time, it is only now that it has really started to escalate, and this time, the EU has acted immediately and in the right way. Through the commitment of Commissioner Füle and others, the EU has shown that Albania does not have to face its problems alone. This is a major problem that is damaging the country’s credibility as one that is serious about drawing closer to the EU. It is not a question of who is right and who is wrong, but of the need to put the political dialogue back into the domain of the political institutions.
