lpv:translated text	"This draft resolution refers to the implementation of Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market. The principle of the free movement of people and goods throughout the territory of the European Union is present within all of its treaties, with the aim of supporting the creation of the common market. Directive 2006/123/EC was approved with the objective of doing away with the bureaucracy restricting service activities in the Member States. However, it can be seen that not all Member States are implementing this directive, due to certain aspects that they consider have not been properly clarified. That is why this resolution is relevant. I applaud the creation of a rapid and effective means of responding to requests from business people and workers’ representatives in the form of ‘points of single contact’, and I hope that these are not reduced to an electronic format but also involve personal attention, as we know how important this is when we are in a foreign country."@en1
