I believe in strong cooperation with a country that proved recently that is ready to follow a European path. Participation in certain Community programmes for Moldova will encourage this neighbour country to implement its reforms, offering an opportunity to promote further cultural, educational, environmental, technical and scientific links, in addition to the reinforcing of political relations through the Eastern Partnership and the negotiation of the new Association Agreement. I endorse the recommendation of Graham Watson, because it promotes Moldova’s participation in several European Community programmes and agencies, to support the neighbouring country’s efforts to reform and modernise."@en1
