The decision was taken in March 2008 to initiate negotiations with the Republic of Moldova, which have now been completed. This draft protocol contains a Framework Agreement on the general principles for the Republic of Moldova’s participation in a number of Community programmes and agencies in areas such as transport, food security, customs, air safety and others.
