lpv:translated text	"Mr President, Mr Van Rompuy, Mr Barroso, allow me to join this debate briefly. For me, the situation is relatively clear: who is to blame for the major crisis we are facing? That part of the banking sector which did business without real cover and took on too many risks. But others too – some European governments which encouraged excessive consumption and a sort of distributive mentality amongst people. We have heard two lines of reasoning here today: we have members who are calling for greater solidarity, as if to say ‘Please help us!’, and we have those who are trying to appeal above all for greater responsibility now that we are emerging from the crisis. It would not be right if those who caused this major crisis were now looking for formulas for its resolution, the way out of this crisis. Those who are critical of significant economising are certainly on the wrong path. Under these circumstances, it is only right that taxpayers from those countries that are dealing with the current situation are not silenced."@en1
