Next month, I am going to China to discuss, among other issues related to customs matters, the issue of cigarette smuggling. We are implementing a number of measures, working together with the Chinese authorities, in order to address this issue. It is true, as you rightly pointed out, that China is still a major source of counterfeited cigarettes, so we have to work in close cooperation with them in order to tackle this issue. I have to emphasise that the Chinese authorities are ready for this cooperation."@en1
