This can be achieved by improving judicial cooperation between Member States, promoting a European judicial culture and by resolving the various incompatibility issues between the different procedural law models which exist at Member State level. The Commission’s Action Plan implementing the Stockholm Programme must take into account all these aspects mentioned in the report."@en1
