lpv:translated text	"I would like to begin by thanking Mr Barnier and Mr Gauzès for the excellent results they achieved during the recent negotiations. One of the benefits of adopting this directive will be the monitoring of systemic risk. This will be carried out specifically based on cooperation between the national authorities and the European Systemic Risk Board. Another important form of cooperation will take place between the national agencies and the European Securities and Markets Authority. The latter will be able to make recommendations and be involved in monitoring national systems. I also think it is important to include additional provisions relating to the transparency of the operations carried out by fund managers. At the same time, I welcome the introduction of a simpler regulation scheme for SME administrators in order to boost access to alternative investment sources."@en1
