The aim of closer integration of the European and Latin American economic spheres is to create a win-win situation for both sides. Closer cooperation is required between EU and Latin American countries so as to push jointly for the swiftest possible conclusion of a fair, ambitious and comprehensive WTO Doha Agreement, in accordance with the commitments made in the Madrid Declaration."@en¹
