That is why, my group will tell you straight, it supports you and has every confidence in you, Baroness Ashton. We must give you the means to succeed. It is high time that the External Action Service was launched, but it is true that if, in two years time, you come back to us with a major problem of division amongst your staff, that will raise the small problem of discharge, and I am thinking of you as well as us when I say it should be avoided at all costs.
