The report rightly emphasises the relevance of the regional dimension following the introduction, under the new treaty, of an additional territorial status for economic and social cohesion, and makes due reference to the key principles of cohesion – multi-level governance, partnership and an integrated approach. For all these reasons, I shall vote in favour of the report."@en1
