lpv:translated text	"I could not bring myself to vote for this report despite it containing a number of positive elements, notably defending consumer interests and recognising the interests of SMEs on the e-commerce market. I condemn, in particular, those that congratulate the Commission for implementing the Third Postal Services Directive aimed at the liberalisation of postal services, which will result in further damage to the postal service in the EU, and not, as stated in the report, lower prices and better services. Nor can I deplore the fact that some Member States have not yet transposed the Services Directive as I want the Commission to quickly prepare a report outlining the climatic impact of implementing this text. I regret that this text is broadly in the spirit of openness to competition, which we denounced when we rejected the Treaty of Lisbon."@en1
