lpv:spoken text	"Question 4 by Georgios Papanikolaou () In 2000, the Council introduced the concept of the Open Method of Coordination in relation to sectors (employment, social protection, social integration, education, youth and training) which fall within the remit of Member States. Its aim was to improve cooperation between Member States and ensure exchanges of best practices in order to bring about the convergence of policies between individual countries. In view of the above, will the Council say: Does it consider this specific strategy to be successful? Could it provide specific results? Does the Presidency consider that the concept of the Open Method of Coordination should be re-examined or revised?"@en1
