It is very important that the distortions in budget statistics that have taken place are becoming transparent. Everything is transparent, and I think that transparency is a keyword in the reform. What Schuman originally said is proving to be true: the European Union will develop as a result of crises. The European Union derives its credibility from tangible results, and nothing less.
