". − Bulgaria and Romania joined the European Union too early. The major socio-economic differences between the old and the new Member States, in particular Bulgaria and Romania, are leading to a huge labour migration from east to west within the EU. Justifying this on the grounds of the free movement of workers is not a valid argument in this case, because the differences are so great that they are giving rise to cheap labour and integration problems in the labour markets in the old Member States. Therefore, I have voted against this report."@en1
