"We have voted in favour of facilitating court proceedings for the increasingly mobile citizens of Europe. This does not mean that we agree with all the details of, and unreservedly support, the reforms that may arise from the Zwiefka report in the long term. For example, we remain critical of ambitions to introduce collective redress, and we would also like to emphasise the point that no changes to the civil cooperation that is under discussion may be such as to affect the freedom of the press in Sweden."@en1
