"We, the Greens, have supported this report, which includes a series of remarks on the obstacles to the implementation of the internal market rules by Switzerland and EEA States. In particular, it formulates the following ideas: following the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty, the European Commission should provide the national parliaments of all EEA EFTA States with legislative proposals which are sent to EU national parliaments for consultation. EEA EFTA States should allocate adequate resources for the implementation of the Services Directive, in particular, for setting up national single points of contact, and EEA EFTA States should increase their involvement in the discussions on the Consumers’ Rights Directive, among other proposals."@en1
