lpv:spoken text	"In my capacity as EPP shadow rapporteur on the report on the association agreement with the Republic of Moldova, I welcome the adoption by an overwhelming majority of the package on EU macro-financial assistance to the Republic of Moldova. The pro-European government of the Republic of Moldova is in urgent need of this assistance, while the European Parliament vote on it is a strong signal of EU support for the current Moldovan authorities and their efforts to mitigate the negative consequences of multiple crises. I hope that, by this means, EU support for the European forces and path of the Republic of Moldova will become more visible to its people and will reiterate the message that the Republic of Moldova will keep enjoying concrete EU support in all its endeavours to approximate with EU standards and values such as good governance and the strengthening of democratic institutions. Finally, I reiterate my regret at the unacceptably lengthy EU decision-making process for the granting of macro-financial assistance to the Republic of Moldova, and urge the EU institutions to build upon the experiences of this year in order to avoid any such delays in the future."@en1
