lpv:spoken text	"The ECR Group is wholeheartedly in favour of human rights for all, regardless of race, gender, and sexual orientation. We strongly support advancing treatment, prevention, and access to healthcare for all, and promoting awareness and education in the fight against HIV and AIDS. However, we believe that reproductive rights, which include abortion, is a conscience issue for the individual, and that the proposals within this resolution encroach too far upon the sovereign state’s right to set the agenda for its own healthcare and abortion policy. For these reasons the ECR Group has decided to abstain on this resolution."@en1
