lpv:spoken text	"The Commission reiterates at all appropriate levels, at every opportunity, its call on Turkey to fully implement the additional protocol to the Association Agreement and to remove all obstacles to the free movement of goods, including restrictions on direct transport links with Cyprus. The Commission will continue to report on all issues covered by the 2005 European Council Declaration in its next annual report. It will deliver a factual, objective report on progress, or the absence of progress, on those issues, as it did last year and the year before. On this basis, the Council will be able to evaluate the situation and draw the appropriate conclusions."@en1
