I have a supplementary question related to rulings of the Court concerning breaches of the European Convention on Human Rights and, in particular, the case of Lautsi v. Italy. In a judgment passed on 3 November 2009, the Court held that hanging crucifixes in classrooms is a violation of human rights, and on 15 June 2010, in the case of Grzelak v. Poland, it held that the lack of opportunity for a schoolboy to attend lessons in ethics in the majority of Polish schools is also a violation of human rights. Is the Polish legislation, which was held by the Court to be at fault in these two cases, also at variance with the draft ..."@en1
