This situation is creating great instability in the Korean Peninsula and measures have to be taken so that there is no repetition of this kind of incident, with the loss of human life. Despite denying its involvement, the Democratic People’s Republic of North Korea is the main suspect for having caused this situation based on the evidence, specifically the remains, found at sea, of a torpedo manufactured in North Korea. This incident needs to be condemned by the international community, in particular by China and Russia, which have not yet condemned that situation in a clear and unequivocal way.
