This is extremely important, not only for their sakes, but principally out of respect for the decisions made by their voters. We must not force them to wait any longer. All of our new fellow Members should be chosen in democratic elections. I am aware of the fact that at the present moment significant differences exist between the electoral rules in different Member States.
