We were given a free vote by our group, but our delegation decided to vote against because – as speakers have said – talking about reproductive health rights is another way of saying abortion. If that is what is intended by it, it should be spelt out and not brought in under an economic crisis plan. So, like other speakers, we objected to that and voted against that section."@en1
