lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this report. An effectively working internal market is essential for the creation of a stable and innovative economic environment. However, the internal market cannot function effectively without correctly transposed, applied and enforced Community rules. Unfortunately, the number of infringement proceedings remains too high in the Member States. Such a situation distorts the internal market and leaves customers without adequate protection. The European Parliament in 2008 called on the Commission to provide more detailed information on the directives which have not been implemented in the Member States, and I very much hope that the Commission will be able to present such information in the nearest future."@en1
