lpv:spoken text	"I voted for the postponement, as I think we have much to gain by continuing to seek a better agreement, undertaking negotiations with the USA on behalf of the 27 Member States of the EU. For the same reasons, I voted in favour of the agreement, imperfect and unsatisfactory as it may be, as I think it offers the opportunity to negotiate until the end of 2010 for a new agreement. Any negotiating failure would mean that we could lose any possibility for a full agreement."@en1
