"I voted for this report and I want to emphasise that such regular reviews of the texts regulating the use of European funds are welcome. Many of the restrictions stipulated by these regulations are no longer suited to the current economic and social situation, thereby necessitating new forms of intervention. Another example in this regard is the relaxation of the conditions for using ERDF funds to improve energy efficiency in housing, approved by Parliament last spring."@en1
