It presents certain challenges. Commissioner Wallström mentioned codes of good administrative behaviour, and I would like to ask her and Mr Diamandouros whether it is not time, now that the new Commission is starting its work, to make a proposal for legislation that would apply to all the institutions and oblige them all to adhere to the principles of good governance.
