"Mr President, I agree with my Estonian colleague, Mrs Oviir, that the economic crisis is far from over. A peculiar kind of optimism is emerging everywhere in Europe, even though unemployment is on the increase, national economies are running into debt, the population is ageing, and a sort of triple guillotine is hanging over Europe, and despite all that, the recession has been declared over. An exit strategy is being planned, as is how we need not bother to continue with the recovery strategy. Europe began the recovery strategy and dealing with the economic crisis very well and in an exemplary fashion, to the extent that the United States of America learned a lesson from Europe and followed its example, but after that, Europe slowed down completely. Furthermore, this false optimism is also leading to the wrong solutions. The economic crisis has not been beaten."@en1
