Now both the upper and lower houses have voted to approve the ratification. You may look at me as an Irish Member of this House and say: is this the pot calling the kettle black? We have a job yet to do in Ireland. The Poles and the Germans also have a bit of tidying up to do. But can I ask you to indicate when and if your President Klaus is likely to accept the wishes of the upper and lower Houses and approve – or sign off, if you like – the full ratification of the Treaty?
