One of the speakers referred to effective legal protection. Clearly, effective legal protection is a fundamental principle. That is why I am asking for a requirement for asylum seekers to be informed in a language that they understand, and not in any other language. If this is not done, there will be no effective legal protection, and please do not contradict this, because you would be going against the very principles of law to which you referred previously."@en1
