The European Parliament recommends a more restricted form of regulation and points out that the price regulation should be temporary and in the long term the market should eliminate the high roaming charges. I have voted in favour of the European Parliament’s position, as it is slightly more market-liberal than the Commission’s proposal. I have voted against the legislative resolution, as the price regulation will lead in the wrong direction in the long term."@en1
