lpv:spoken text	"In the context of amending Directive 2006/42/EC of 17 May 2006 on machinery with regard to machinery for pesticide application, we would like to stress that since the European Parliament adopted the machinery directive in 2006, we are stressing that the European Commission should revise the tractor Directive in order to secure a coherent approach. In our opinion, tractors do not fall under the scope of the definition of machinery as laid down in the machinery directive. The existing tractors directive could and should therefore be replaced by a less complex regulation."@en1
