lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I could not endorse Mrs Vălean’s report. It allows a situation where the law contradicts itself, violating the principle of subsidiarity, promoting the reunification of families from third countries which have a different culture, and also allowing polygamy. It creates legal chaos. As we all know, different definitions of ‘family’ and ‘family member’ are used in different EU countries. Rights are different, for example the right of inheritance, family law is different, and so is the right to receive social service benefits. Creation of a right to social benefit claims without the consent of the host country and without taking account of the economic situation may lead to serious social conflicts. I protest against the constant breaches of the principle of subsidiarity in this Chamber."@en1
