"I voted for this report and Mrs Gibault and I cooperated very well. We must not forget that women in the performing arts in general are still under-represented, and specifically in management positions in this area. We must not forget either that we are talking about a sensitive area with a large multiplier effect, conveying a powerful message to its audience and society. We do not have sufficient nurseries and crèches. There is also the fact that working hours in the performing arts are long and non-standard. If these aspects are improved, the objective proposed in the report of having a representation level of 30% in the arts can be achieved."@en1
